The Lead Tenant notifies the Letting Manager in writing, giving a minimum of 7 days' notice, of a time and date when
the property can be inspected. The property should be left in the same condition as you found it upon arrival less reasonable wear. The date and time given should be after
all members of the household have returned their keys to the Lead
Tenant and are ready to vacate the premises. Please note:
A rescheduled inspection caused by the household not being ready to
vacate the property within 30 minutes of an agreed appointment time
will result in a £40 re-inspection charge. If the Letting Manager
or other agent of the Landlord fails to attend an appointment within
30 minutes of the agreed checking-out time, your rent account will
be credited with £40.
If the condition of the property is satisfactory and you vacate early your deposit will be credited to your household account within 24 hours of the Tenancy Agreement. If the condition of the property is satisfactory and you do not vacate early, your deposit will be credited to your household account within 30 days of the expiry of the Tenancy Agreement.
