If we are able to offer the property to you to rent for a further year, you will receive notification in writing before the 31st March 2008 together with the details of the new rent and the time frame in which to complete a new agreement. Should you wish to extend your stay you will then need to follow the details as set out below:
If there is no change to the members of your household
- simply contact the Letting Manager and arrange a date when your
household will be present to complete a Memorandum of Extension
to your Tenancy Agreement and a new standing
order mandate, which will then extend your existing tenancy
agreement for a further twelve months. The property will not be
serviced apart from electrical and gas safety checks. The security
deposit will be retained for a further year.
If there are changes to the members of your household –
A new tenancy agreement and standing
order mandate will need to be completed, and a new security
deposit will be required. The property will be inspected and serviced
at the conclusion of your current tenancy.
