All our properties are let on a first-come first-served basis.

Unlike many other letting agents, we do not charge an initial administration or credit-checking fee.

tenancy Lease Agreement

Tenancy Agreement Documents are available on request. Please contact us for more details.

Once you have received confirmation in writing that a property has been offered to you, you may then reserve the property for 14 days by paying the holding / security deposit, during which time the properly completed Tenancy Agreement must also be received at our office to enable us to complete the relevant checks prior to the exchange of legal agreements.

Once all paperwork and checks have been completed your holding deposit will be transferred to a security deposit and registered with the Tenancy Deposit Scheme (TDS) 'My Deposits' - full details will be provided.

Any reasonable request received in writing to extend the 14-day reservation period will be favourably considered by the Landlord.

If the Tenancy Agreement has not been received properly and fully completed and no written request has been granted for an extension of the 14-day reservation period, or if your application is refused due to a credit or other check, then your security deposit will be returned to you, minus a cancellation administration fee of £100, within five working days.
