"I've really enjoyed my two years at Stanford Court. It's 15 mins walking distance to the UEA and the neighbourhood is safe and friendly. The landlords are great and have really took good care of us and dealt with house maintenance enquiries within the same day. The houses are clean, well equipped and perfect for student accommodation."

"I have lived in a Glenfield property throughout my entire medical degree and I have to say, I couldn't have stayed in a nicer student accommodation with the most friendly, helpful and professional landlords. Having an en-suite was really convenient and the location was great in terms of walking to UEA as well as taking a bus into town. I would highly recommend Glenfield to students looking for quality accommodation and landlords that can always be relied upon!"

When you move in find out where your nearest recycling centre is and recycle what you can. And please do not leave lights and heat on all day - we'll all end up paying in the end!
I would recommend the Royal Mail Redirect Service. It does not cost much and it makes sure that all your mail gets to you for the first six months after you have left

Ask early if you want
to secure your house for another year. We had to sign a new Tenancy
Agreement in January even though our current tenancy did not expire
until August. All the houses in Stanford Court appear to be let by
the end of February for the forthcoming year. -- Stanford
We managed to get our
friends a house next to us. If you want to do the same, warn them
to get their household of four or five in place and ready to go so
they can sign the lease and don’t miss out on the New Year rush. -- Stanford Court Tenant
