When you move in find out where your nearest recycling centre is and recycle what you can. And please do not leave lights and heat on all day - we'll all end up paying in the end!

I would recommend the Royal Mail Redirect Service. It does not cost much and it makes sure that all your mail gets to you for the first six months after you have left -- Harvard Court Tenant

Ask early if you want to secure your house for another year. We had to sign a new Tenancy Agreement in January even though our current tenancy did not expire until August. All the houses in Stanford Court appear to be let by the end of February for the forthcoming year. -- Stanford Court Tenant
