The Letting Manager will show the Lead Tenant of the House, or the Tenant of the Flat, around the property
and explain how the heating and hot water system works, where utility
stop taps are located and how to test the smoke alarms and carbon
monoxide detectors. We strongly recommend these tests are carried
out on a weekly basis.
The properties are all individually serviced commencing from the 1st
August. This may involve cleaning, redecorating, laying of new carpets,
and so on. Also, the gas boiler, electrical wiring and appliances
are serviced and tested at this time. This should not affect the Lead
Tenant collecting the keys, or members of the household moving personal
belongings into the property. However, if members of the household
occupy the property immediately on 1st August there may be some
disturbance, which we will endeavour to keep to a minimum, until any maintenance or remedial work has been completed.
